What a blessed windfall! Anchor of Hope TEC was selected to receive two grants totaling $6,100. The Catholic Foundation awarded TEC $5,000 for the Raising Vocations Collection and $1,100 for the Advancing the Mission Evangelization Grant.
- The Raising Vocations Collection helps young people discover Jesus and supports ministries that accompany them on their vocation journey
- The Advancing the Mission Evangelization Grant supports a variety of evangelization initiatives including youth and young adult ministry, marriage and baptism preparation, campus ministry, and retreat operations.
These gifts will provide financial stability for the organization and growth opportunities to further our mission: TEC reaches out in a spirit of love to young people, sharing with them an authentic encounter of Christ and his Paschal Mystery while accompanying them throughout their faith journey. Several TEC leaders plan to meet in July to evaluate the organization’s finances and prepare a 2024-25 budget.
Anchor of Hope TEC is honored to be selected for these grants. The TEC Board promises to be good financial stewards of these gifts as we help form disciples who strengthen the local Church.
